About This Role
- Lead design, development, and launch of TriNet's multi-tenant SaaS HR, Payroll, and Benefits applications used by thousands of customers.
- Manage multi-functional engineering teams including developers, automation engineers, and architects, overseeing technical scope, schedule, cost, and project risks.
- Drive technology and application vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with methodologies and continuous improvement of operational and engineering excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Typically 10+ years in software design and development experience; 6+ years in engineering leadership experience preferred.
- Strong hands-on technical expertise with latest Cloud/SaaS based Open Source technologies.
- This role is 100% in-office; work environment is a clean, office setting.

- Experienced leader skilled in managing cross-functional engineering teams focused on SaaS application development and delivery.
- Technical manager comfortable with system engineering, requirements integration, and hardware/software system knowledge, including data center infrastructure and virtualization.
- Able to collaborate and project manage product development aligning with business and technical customer needs and capable of communicating effectively with senior leadership.
