About This Role
- Design and deliver secure, stable, and scalable software solutions using Java, Springboot, Kafka, and cloud technologies within an agile team.
- Create and maintain high-quality production code with accountability for architecture and design artifacts meeting constraints.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity, while validating outputs and driving continuous software improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Springboot, Kafka, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
- Experience with distributed systems, RESTful APIs, relational/NoSQL databases, data modeling, data ingestion frameworks, and agile methodologies including CI/CD.
- Proven ability to use enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and understand responsible AI practices in engineering workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability in large corporate environments using modern programming and database querying languages.
- Skilled at identifying code quality and system architecture improvements using data insights and critical evaluation of AI-generated outputs.
- Comfortable working in agile teams delivering complex technical solutions across multiple business functions with a focus on secure and resilient software products.
