About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of Developers, Automation Engineers, and Solution Architects to develop highly scalable web applications for TriNet's HR, Payroll, and Benefits platform.
- Drive technology and application vision and roadmap while ensuring operational and engineering excellence aligned with company standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and product managers to deliver product capabilities on-time, on-scope, and on-quality while resolving cross-functional barriers promptly.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in web application development using Java, Python, or JavaScript with database technologies.
- 2+ years of engineering leadership experience managing teams responsible for highly scalable applications.
- Must work 100% onsite in office; minimal travel required.

- Experienced in leading engineering teams for scalable web applications in a fast-paced environment involving cloud technologies such as AWS.
- Able to set strategic direction, conduct capacity planning based on business drivers, and solve complex technical problems hands-on.
- Strong communicator with executive presence, capable of partnering effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
