About This Role
- Lead design, development, installation, and maintenance of advanced software applications and platforms aligned with business and security requirements.
- Provide technical analysis, project management, and drive technology strategy and engineering roadmaps, including execution of software engineering proof of concepts.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships and provide guidance/coaching to team members and oversee external engineering vendors.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
- 7-10 years of work experience in software design, development, architecture, or related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript, and knowledge in full stack development, APIs, and software engineering.
- Work Location: India; Full-time position; No mention of notice period requirements.

- Strong background in software architecture, performance optimization, and modern software tools aligned to business and security strategies.
