About This Role
- Support identification, analysis, and dissemination of cyber threat intelligence relevant to the organization.
- Analyze threat indicators, actor tactics, malware behavior, and vulnerabilities to produce actionable intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional security teams to integrate threat insights into detection, response, and risk prioritization efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; preferred fields include Cyber Security, Intelligence Studies, Political Science, or Computer Science.
- 3+ years experience in information security with emphasis on cyber threat intelligence, incident response, threat hunting, or malware analysis.
- Proficient in using intelligence frameworks like the intelligence cycle, Diamond Model, Cyber Kill Chain, and MITRE ATT&CK.
- Experience producing intelligence products and effective communication to technical and business stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in tracking sophisticated cyber threat actors including cybercriminal and nation-state groups with current knowledge of threat techniques and vulnerability trends.
- Capable of performing multi-source data analysis and applying structured analytic techniques to generate confident, actionable intelligence judgments.
- Familiar with digital investigation and intelligence tools (e.g., VirusTotal, VMRay, DomainTools, Maltego) and adept at integrating threat intelligence into operational security workflows.
