About This Role
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple IT projects within Banking & Financial Services domain, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion aligned with business goals.
- Lead technology initiatives across core banking, digital banking, payments, lending, risk, and regulatory compliance platforms.
- Coordinate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, manage vendors and stakeholders, and drive project governance and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years of IT project management experience, including 3+ years in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Payments domain.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Work From Office (WFO) location requirement; certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, CSM preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced managing complex, regulated banking technology projects involving core banking and digital channels.
- Skilled in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies and project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project.
- Comfortable handling vendor management, risk and compliance requirements including PCI-DSS, SOX, GDPR, AML, and KYC in banking environment.
