About This Role
- Manage full employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, transfers, promotions, role changes, and offboarding with final settlement inputs.
- Maintain accurate employee records in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP, and TimeLabs, ensuring audit-readiness.
- Oversee attendance, time management, payroll inputs in coordination with internal and external partners, and ensure compliance with Indian labor laws.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Mandatory experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP systems.
- Hands-on experience with onboarding, offboarding, HRIS, attendance, time management systems, and payroll.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance; Advanced Excel skills; work mode strictly on-site in Bengaluru across Whitefield and Adugodi offices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing HR operations within Indian statutory frameworks and payroll processes.
- Proficient in digital HRIS tools with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and systems integration.
- Capable of maintaining meticulous employee records and generating operational HR reports and dashboards enabling compliance and decision-making.
