About This Role
- Own 24x7 monitoring, incident management, escalation, and resolution for infrastructure, application, network, and batch systems to ensure maximum service availability.
- Manage access provisioning, security compliance, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity planning (BCP) including testing and post-event reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, operational analytics, and problem management to reduce incidents and enhance platform reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-7 years experience in Production Support, IT Operations, Application Support, NOC, Command Center or similar roles.
- Experience with incident management, monitoring applications/infrastructure/batch jobs/networks, and ITSM/ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy.
- Must be willing to work 24x7 shift-based schedules including rotational weekends, holidays, and on-call support.
- Must work from Gurgaon office minimum three days per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in highly regulated domains such as Banking, Financial Services, Payments or FinTech operations seen as an advantage.
- Proven ability to lead major incident management, root cause analysis, and preventive remediation efforts in mission-critical environments.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced 24x7 environments with strong operational discipline, ownership mentality, and focus on continuous improvement through automation.
