About This Role
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting with variance analysis on Actuals, Forecast, Budget, and Prior Year results.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes including workforce and headcount forecasting.
- Develop and automate executive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Tableau, driving reporting standardization and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Reporting, Finance Business Partnering, or Reporting COE functions.
- Hands-on experience with advanced Excel functions and finance/dashboard systems such as Oracle EPM, Power BI, Tableau; experience with GenAI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Location requirement: On-site in Gurugram, Haryana.
