About This Role
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting accuracy for the account's P&L in partnership with finance leadership and department heads.
- Own and oversee AR, AP, FRMC workstreams including cash management and contract compliance, ensuring timely billing and revenue recognition.
- Lead finance transformation initiatives including AI and automation adoption to improve finance process efficiency and scalability across the account.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA or CA preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience, ideally in a large, complex global public company; US GAAP experience is a plus.
- Experience in finance transformation initiatives and AI/automation tools adoption (e.g., RPA, GenAI) preferred.
- Location requirement: On-site in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
