About This Role
- Lead and oversee facilities management operations across multiple sites in a cluster, ensuring delivery of hard and soft services and workplace experience standards.
- Manage operational KPIs, SLAs, budgets, vendor performance, and client relationships to drive operational excellence and service improvements.
- Lead and mentor site managers and teams, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, safety, and risk management across all managed sites.
Minimum Requirements
- 12–18 years of experience in facilities management or property operations with multi-site and multi-city operations experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- On-site work location required in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
- Certifications in Facilities Management or Project Management preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with client-facing roles managing corporate real estate or commercial/industrial/mixed-use portfolios.
- Strong operational and financial management skills including budgeting, cost optimization, and vendor contract administration.
- Able to manage geographically dispersed teams with focus on operational execution, stakeholder management, and compliance.
