About This Role
- Lead and coordinate global financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support resource allocation and strategic decision-making.
- Own monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including producing standardized packages and conducting executive-level financial reviews.
- Drive finance process improvement, automation (including AI adoption), and standardization initiatives within the Reporting Center of Excellence, ensuring timely and accurate BAU delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA/CPA preferred.
- 8–10 years of corporate finance experience with at least 7 years in FP&A.
- Experience with advanced Excel, financial modeling, ERP systems, and data visualization/planning tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, OneStream, Oracle Planning).
- On-site work location in Gurugram, Haryana.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior FP&A professional experienced in global, matrixed organizations with CoE or shared services exposure.
- Strong technical expertise in financial planning and reporting with a track record of standardizing and automating finance processes.
- Ability to interact and influence senior leadership, bridging finance data and strategic business insights in a complex environment.
