About This Role
- Provide expert-level support and hands-on troubleshooting for enterprise network infrastructures including routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless technologies.
- Lead diagnosis and resolution of complex issues across network, server, and cloud environments; recommend and implement infrastructure solutions balancing technical feasibility and customer priorities.
- Coordinate end-to-end infrastructure planning and project delivery, including process automation, risk assessment, and documentation to ensure operational continuity and service quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Network Routing and Switching IT support; 2-5 years experience with Firewalls, Load Balancers, and Wireless Technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong technical networking and analytical skills with hands-on experience on small- to medium-size network infrastructures.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills; ability to work effectively with peers and clients at all levels.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing and implementing complex enterprise network infrastructures with hands-on expertise in Cisco, Arista, and hybrid cloud/on-prem integration.
- Able to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from initiation to completion with attention to quality and timelines.
- Background in performing root cause analysis, continuous service improvement, and automation to improve network reliability and operational efficiency.
