About This Role
- Provide expert-level technical support and root cause analysis for complex network, server, and cloud environment issues.
- Plan, integrate, and automate infrastructure and network solutions across on-prem and hybrid cloud platforms to ensure operational reliability.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end project delivery including documentation and communication with customers and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Network (Routing and Switching) / IT support.
- Proficiency in firewall, load balancing, wireless technologies, DNS, and DHCP.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Excellent communication, project management, and teamwork skills; technical networking and analytical skills for small- to medium-size network infrastructures required.

- Experienced network specialist with track record managing and implementing complex network infrastructures involving routing, switching, firewall, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Able to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams with strong technical and project delivery focus.
- Continuous learner aiming to earn certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, ITILv3, and advancing toward architect or distinguished engineer roles.
