About This Role
- Implement and upgrade features for Finastra Essence toolkit API in core banking solutions.
- Design customer-specific technical solutions and write technical specification documents for offshore teams.
- Mentor junior technical consultants and ensure development meets business and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-6 years experience in banking software or financial institutions.
- Technical skills: Finastra Essence toolkit API, Java/C/C++/C#, SQL (Oracle, Sybase or MS SQL), Unix/Linux/Windows proficiency.
- Degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in consulting and implementation of Core Banking projects; Strong communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in core banking software implementation and customization with consulting exposure.
- Capable of solution design and technical documentation for distributed (offshore) teams.
- Skilled in multiple programming languages and comfortable working within multi-OS environments.
