About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java backend applications integrating Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Build robust APIs and services, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents with orchestration workflows for production-grade systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, reliable AI-driven technical solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of hands-on software engineering experience with strong backend development in Java.
- Mandatory expertise in Core Java, REST APIs, microservices, object-oriented programming, data structures, design patterns, and system design.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLM-based application development, and Agentic AI/AI-agent-based solutions including prompt engineering and vector-based retrieval.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech/MTech), MCA, or MBA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced backend engineer with practical exposure to Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures in production environments.
- Strong in designing scalable, production-grade systems integrating AI components such as LLMs, AI agents, and orchestration workflows.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, data, and AI/ML teams to convert business needs into technical implementations.
