About This Role
- Support and troubleshoot enterprise macOS endpoints including performance, OS, application, network, security and user/profile issues.
- Manage macOS devices using endpoint management platforms (e.g., Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune); develop and maintain monitoring and alerting via Nexthink including Investigations, Dashboards, and Remote Actions.
- Develop Bash/Shell scripts for data collection, troubleshooting, and automated remediation; collaborate with Service Desk and related teams to improve endpoint experience.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years hands-on macOS support/engineering experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong macOS troubleshooting and command-line skills; proficient in Bash/Shell scripting.
- Experience with endpoint management tools such as Jamf Pro or Microsoft Intune.
- Work Experience Required: 2-4 years in macOS enterprise support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with proactive device health monitoring tools like Nexthink and capable of developing automated remediation workflows.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to enhance endpoint management and user experience.
- Technical proficiency in scripting and endpoint configuration management to identify and resolve recurring macOS issues.
