About This Role
- Manage end-to-end customer and trading partner onboarding for supply chain and transportation solutions, ensuring delivery from initiation to completion.
- Serve as primary onboarding contact, lead customer meetings and reviews, and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk communications.
- Coordinate cross-functional global teams, provide onboarding documentation and support during IST overnight shifts aligned to U.S. business hours.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years experience in Supply Chain and Transportation Management with direct supplier/carrier engagement.
- At least 2 years of project or implementation experience in 3PL, 4PL, or SaaS cloud software environments.
- High level understanding of SAP IDocs (EDI/API) integration.
- Willingness to work overnight shifts aligned to U.S. business hours from IST time zone.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supply chain onboarding projects involving cross-functional collaboration and customer engagement.
- Familiarity with technical integration concepts (SAP IDocs) and project coordination across multiple time zones.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Jira, capable of managing complex onboarding processes and communications effectively.
