About This Role
- Own day-to-day quality and cost performance of global SMS and voice routing to ensure reliable and efficient message traffic delivery while optimizing margins.
- Provide 24x5 operational routing assurance and respond to routing quality alerts using tools like Zendesk and Tableau, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for resolution.
- Manage supplier performance and tiered routing decisions, onboard and test new supplier connections, and support migration of SMS services to AWS.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience with carrier or telco routing systems and monitoring tools (e.g., Tableau, Zendesk).
- Solid understanding of SMS routing fundamentals including SMPP protocol, DLR codes, encoding, conversion rates, and delivery ratio metrics.
- Experience working in a 24x5 operational environment with on-call responsibilities.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant routing or telco roles.

- Experienced in carrier or telco routing operations with strong analytical skills to diagnose routing and supplier performance issues.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functionally with carrier, product, and engineering teams across multiple time zones under operational pressures.
- Background involving SMS routing fundamentals combined with familiarity or interest in automation, voice routing metrics, and cloud migration projects.
