About This Role
- Monitor and triage security mailbox emails, perform initial threat assessments and investigations on security incidents such as phishing attempts and suspicious emails.
- Act as primary escalation point for complex security incidents and coordinate with various stakeholders including Cyber Defence and Incident Response teams.
- Drive process improvements, quality assurance, mentoring analysts, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure operational excellence in security incident handling.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-4 years of cybersecurity experience, preferably in SOC, security operations, or security mailbox management.
- Experience handling phishing and security investigations.
- Knowledge of email security fundamentals, phishing techniques, malware fundamentals, and social engineering attacks.
- Work Experience Required: 3-4 years in cybersecurity-related roles.

- Experienced in managing security mailbox operations within large organizations with focus on metrics, SOPs, and KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to security threat triage and investigation.
- Capable of coordinating across multiple teams and driving both technical investigations and process improvements.
