About This Role
- Own the Record to Report (R2R) and Account to Report (ATR) activities including closing business P&L and preparing balance sheet reconciliations.
- Perform P&L trend analysis and quarterly analytics while collaborating with audit teams and business units specifically on revenue recognition and expense accounting.
- Coordinate with various business and corporate teams on issues related to product groups to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in accounting, specifically ATR, R2R, expense accounting, revenue accounting, and commission accounting.
- Proficiency with Oracle ERP and HFM reporting systems.
- Strong skills in MS Excel and financial reporting and analysis.
- Work Experience Required: 5-7 Years

- Experienced in P&L and Balance Sheet analysis to identify variances and resolve unusual or erroneous items.
- Capable of independently understanding and resolving accounting problems with minimal assistance.
