About This Role
- Lead enterprise-wide Salesforce implementation and optimization across Line of Business, focusing on operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
- Elicit, document, and manage detailed business requirements, user stories, and process maps to guide Salesforce solution delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and agile teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of Business Analysis experience in Salesforce implementations or enhancements.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities.
- Experience with business requirements documentation, process mapping, and Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Agile.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in Salesforce Business Analysis.
