About This Role
- Verify vendor banking information through outbound calls to prevent fraud and ensure secure payment processing.
- Investigate and resolve suspicious payment requests, maintaining detailed documentation of verification activities.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable team to ensure timely payment processing post-verification while adhering to fraud prevention protocols.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years of industry experience in a relevant role.
- Educational qualification: B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance or equivalent accounting background.
- Strong verbal communication and investigative skills; experience with ERP systems such as Yardi, PeopleSoft, or Work Dynamics preferred.
- Location requirement: On-site in Gurugram.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in accounts payable or vendor payment verification within finance, particularly with fraud prevention responsibilities.
- Comfortable making multiple outbound calls daily and maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Skilled in following detailed protocols and compliance requirements in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
