About This Role
- Manage and lead multiple software engineering teams responsible for delivery of mission-critical, customer-facing applications.
- Own end-to-end software engineering activities including design, implementation, deployment, operational excellence, and SDLC process improvements.
- Accountable for team management, budget oversight, performance evaluation, and reporting risks and opportunities to senior leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in software development, delivery, and support of mission-critical applications, including leadership roles.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge and experience with React, JavaScript, Java, Spring Boot, Python, APIs, Microservices, cloud platforms, containers, CI/CD, and test automation.
- Knowledge of AI/ML technologies including Large/Small Language Models, Generative AI, and relevant tools like Copilot, Gemini, Claude.
