About This Role
- Initiate and prioritize calls to insurance companies to follow up on claim statuses, denials, and underpayments ensuring timely resolution.
- Handle denials, rejections, and Letters of Authorization (LOA) related to accounts, making necessary corrections to claims.
- Maintain documentation of actions taken in claims billing summary notes and ensure compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree required.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in US Healthcare Accounts Receivable (AR) stream.
- Good voice and professional telephone demeanor.
- Ability to adhere to confidentiality and information security policies (HIPAA compliance).

- Experienced in handling US healthcare claims processing with strong analytical skills.
- Organized and capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking in a claims follow-up environment.
