About This Role
- Define and lead test strategy, architecture, and automation roadmap for CIS enterprise-scale distributed systems.
- Lead test planning, execution, and governance across functional, integration, API, performance, and resilience testing.
- Own automation framework design, CI/CD integration, performance bottleneck analysis, and production incident quality improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–15 years experience in software testing, quality engineering, or test architecture.
- 2–5 years hands-on experience with CIS Solutions is mandatory.
- Experience with high-transaction telecom environments (10,000+ TPS).
- Strong knowledge of test automation tools (Selenium, Karate, Python scripting) and CI/CD pipeline integration (Jenkins, GitLab).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing quality engineering for complex distributed, microservices, and cloud-native systems in telecom or similar domains.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and collaborate with development, DevOps, operations, and customer stakeholders.
- Proven skills in performance tuning, resilience testing, and mentoring engineers to improve engineering best practices and delivery outcomes.
