About This Role
- Drive technical vision, architecture, and modernization for Xactimate Desktop and related services within the X1 team.
- Lead engineering standards, scalable solution design, DevOps practices, and cross-functional delivery across US and India teams.
- Mentor senior engineers and influence strategic technology decisions across multiple teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Expert-level experience in C# and .NET, including desktop application development (WPF preferred).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, REST APIs, microservices, SQL Server, CI/CD, DevOps, and AWS cloud services.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading architecture and modernization initiatives for large-scale enterprise systems.
- Familiar with desktop and cloud-native integration patterns with ability to drive technical governance.
- Comfortable working with and mentoring globally distributed engineering teams across geographies.
