About This Role
- Lead design, development, and delivery of AI-enabled security software applications to improve engineering productivity and security analysis.
- Drive end-to-end software engineering initiatives ensuring scalability, maintainability, security, and business alignment.
- Provide technical leadership, review architecture, mentor engineers, and promote adoption of emerging technologies and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 6-10 years of software engineering experience designing and delivering enterprise applications and platforms.
- Experience with MERN stack, Python, CI/CD pipelines (GitOps, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions), AI/ML, large language models, and agentic AI concepts.
- Hybrid work requirement with average 2 days per week onsite at HPE office; knowledge of AI security and secure coding practices (OWASP Top 10).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building scalable, maintainable AI-driven cybersecurity solutions combining software engineering and AI/ML expertise.
- Capable of navigating ambiguous problems and owning end-to-end solution design, implementation, and deployment across technical and organizational boundaries.
- Skilled in architecture evaluation, technical leadership, mentoring, and influencing technical direction at senior levels in cross-functional teams.
