About This Role
- Execute and deliver all Software Asset Management (SAM) licensing tasks for assigned client engagements following internal standards.
- Manage SAM project communication and coordination including presenting deliverables, ensuring milestones are met, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide SAM licensing expertise by researching software product rights, supporting clients, mentoring team members, and delivering best practice workshops and assessments.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in Software Asset Management with proven licensing expertise.
- In-depth knowledge and proficiency with ServiceNow SAMPro Module and experience in software license compliance especially with IBM, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent).
- Strong skills in MS Excel and SQL; experience with IBM ILMT and BigFix; fluent English communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling complex software licensing metrics and enterprise agreements including O365 and SaaS licensing.
- Skilled at client-facing roles including interactions with C-Level executives and delivering presentations effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple SAM projects simultaneously in fast-paced, global, multi-cultural environments with strong project planning and organizational skills.
