About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy AI and digital solutions including AI/ML systems, LLMs, RAG, NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, and advanced machine learning models.
- Provide technical leadership and ensure successful delivery of AI projects within scope, budget, quality, and timeline.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify innovation opportunities, and translate technical concepts into actionable business solutions, maintaining best practices in development and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience delivering AI projects from concept to production.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras, LLMs, transfer learning, and AWS Bedrock.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in AI project delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong technical expertise across AI disciplines including deep learning, reinforcement learning, NLP, cloud computing, big data analytics, IoT, and web/mobile tech.
- Experienced in leading AI-focused teams within Agile/Scrum environments and capable of communicating complex technical information effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Has relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure AI) and experience in global teams or financial services/private equity sectors.
