About This Role
- Lead analysis and automation of complex business processes using RPA tools including Power Automate and Automation Anywhere.
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced RPA workflows integrating AI/ML algorithms to optimize business operations.
- Mentor junior developers and manage end-to-end RPA bot lifecycle including environment configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on RPA development experience specifically with Automation Anywhere (A360) and Power Automate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Mandatory certifications: Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (A360) and Power Automate PL500.
- Strong technical skills in Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Python, AI/ML algorithms including NLP and computer vision, plus database and API integration.

- Experienced in delivering end-to-end RPA projects with AI/ML integration to enhance automation capabilities.
- Capable of mentoring teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including non-technical business owners.
- Comfortable working with a broad technology stack including low-code platforms, scripting languages, and AI/ML tools, with focus on quality and scalability in fast-paced environments.
