About This Role
- Lead and develop a team responsible for partner onboarding operations on Target Plus marketplace, ensuring scalable and high-quality onboarding experience.
- Own day-to-day operational performance including workload management, SLA adherence, quality standards, and partner support.
- Collaborate with U.S.-based functional leaders and cross-functional teams to execute onboarding priorities, drive continuous improvement, and resolve escalations.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience in digital/e-commerce, marketplace onboarding, operations, or partner/customer experience.
- Proven experience leading and developing teams in onboarding or operational roles.
- Strong onboarding practitioner expertise including partner onboarding, training, quality, SLAs, and operational metrics.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, marketplaces, or partner onboarding is mandatory.

- Experienced people leader with strong hands-on expertise in scaled onboarding operations and partner experience.
- Analytical and operationally strong, able to manage workflows, monitor metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
