About This Role
- Own procure-to-pay and supply chain operations tasks including catalog management, PO management, Master Data Management, Spot Buy, and helpdesk.
- Accurately perform operational transactions such as requisition to purchase order conversions and MRP runs using various tools including SAP.
- Work cross-culturally and manage responsibilities in US shift hours (8 PM to 5 AM) from the Andheri, Mumbai office.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in Procure to Pay Operations Management with hands-on experience in SAP is mandatory.
- Work from office in Andheri, Mumbai is mandatory with willingness to work night shift (US hours).
- Work Experience Required: 2-4 years in Procure to Pay Operations Management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Familiarity with procure-to-pay and supply chain process ownership and transactional activities on SAP and related tools.
- Experience operating in cross-cultural teams and handling night shifts effectively.
- Capability to manage detailed operational tasks with accuracy and basic analytical skills in a structured corporate environment.
