About This Role
- Own and manage a portfolio of high-impact BI data products, analytical tools, and automation initiatives for the Global Supply Chain, including setting technical standards and delivery methods.
- Lead technical solution development, testing, deployment, support, and user mentorship while resolving complex BI challenges across systems and tools.
- Define architecture and oversee AI/ML solutions including Copilot Studio, language models, AI agents, and integrations with focus on maintainability, governance, and business standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in BI, Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years experience delivering BI products, analytical tools, automation, particularly in supply chain contexts.
- Expertise in Power BI (semantic modeling, DAX, visualization, security, governance) plus advanced Snowflake, SQL, and demonstrated Python skills.
- Experience leading complex BI initiatives, setting technical direction, coordinating priorities, and mentoring analysts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level BI professional with deep hands-on experience in Power BI and modern data platforms (Snowflake, Python) applied in supply chain environments.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, resolve technical conflicts, and communicate complex trade offs to senior leadership.
- Experienced in architecting and managing AI-driven BI solutions (Copilot Studio, language models, AI agents) with an emphasis on governance, security, and operational lifecycle management.
