About This Role
- Source and screen candidates via job portals and other channels, conducting initial HR screenings.
- Coordinate interviews, maintain recruitment trackers and reports, and support offer rollout and onboarding.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and manage communication between hiring managers and candidates.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA or PGDM in Human Resources (2025 or 2026 pass-outs only).
- Work Experience Required: Freshers eligible (no prior experience required).
- Strong communication skills and basic knowledge of HR hiring processes.
- Location: Gurgaon, India (Bld 14 IT SEZ Unit 1, 17th C & D and Gd Flr D).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Recent HR postgraduates with focused interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Capable of multitasking and coordinating in a fast-paced environment with strong stakeholder management.
- Good analytical skills with ability to maintain recruitment tracking and effective communication throughout hiring lifecycle.
