About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise agentic AI systems from prototype to production within client environments, ensuring operational reliability and measurable business impact.
- Engage and manage senior executives (CEOs, COOs, CTOs, CISOs, CFOs) to define value cases, delivery scope, adoption models, and outcomes.
- Design and implement complex multi-agent AI architectures and retrieval/knowledge solutions integrating multiple AI models, with accountability for adoption and client self-sufficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-14 years of relevant work experience in AI/automation or related fields.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline (e.g., BE, BTech, MTech, MCA) or equivalent capability demonstrated through experience.
- Strong Python programming skills plus at least one of TypeScript/Node.js, Go, or Java with production experience in two+ AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, AutoGen).
- Must be able to work 50–70% onsite with potential travel across India, GCC cities, and client headquarters.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior professional blending structured consulting, hands-on engineering, and executive stakeholder management in AI delivery.
- Proven ability to rapidly prototype and productionize AI agent systems in regulated, secure, or complex client environments.
- Background or delivery experience in BFSI, life sciences, energy, telecom, or industrial sectors, preferably with process mining or workflow discovery exposure.
