About This Role
- Configure, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/D365 F&O platform to deliver scalable business solutions.
- Build and maintain integrations with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and manage CI/CD pipelines including source control and release practices.
- Provide technical documentation, ensure code quality with testing and code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and advise clients on platform optimization and roadmaps.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and D365 Finance and Operations customization and extension.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or relevant fields; MTech and MBA also noted.
- Proficient with JavaScript, C#, .Net assemblies, REST/SOAP APIs, Power Automate, Azure Functions, and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services, Data Migration in MS Dynamics, and integration technologies like Informatica and Web API.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Mid-level technical consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Finance & Operations modules.
- Experienced in full lifecycle development from design, integration, deployment, to documentation and client advisory.
- Operates effectively in collaborative, cross-functional teams with ability to mentor junior staff and enforce best coding practices.
