About This Role
- Own operational accounting and controllership activities for India entity, ensuring compliance and technical accuracy under US GAAP and IGAAP.
- Drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closures including MEC, QEC, YEC, and support group reporting for 10K and 10Q submissions.
- Act as control owner for significant SOX controls, manage various audits and balance sheet reconciliations, and provide technical accounting guidance to cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- 3-6 years of accounting or finance experience with exposure to US GAAP and IGAAP compliance.
- Working knowledge of SAP, BW, BPC, Microsoft Excel, and experience with accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST compliances and practical exposure in a SOX-compliant environment.

- Experienced in operational controllership within a large corporate or multinational environment focused on US GAAP reporting and audits.
- Capable of working independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and able to lead accounting conclusions on significant transactions.
- Comfortable collaborating across functions such as tax, audit, and technical teams while managing control ownership and compliance responsibilities.
