About This Role
- Lead design and implementation of scalable, efficient data engineering solutions using Cognite Data Fusion® platform.
- Drive and manage data integrations, extractions, modeling, and analysis using Cognite data connectors, SQL, Python/Java, and Rest APIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, solution architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality digital solutions and contribute to product development.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or similar, with relevant experience possibly compensating formal education.
- Minimum 8+ years experience in a customer-facing, data-intensive role.
- Proven experience delivering production-grade data pipelines using Python, SQL, Rest APIs.
- Experience with distributed computing (e.g., Kubernetes), cloud services (GCP and/or Azure), and DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced working in cross-functional, customer-facing teams within industrial domains (Power & Utilities, Energy, Manufacturing).
- Capable of independently investigating and solving complex data engineering problems while contributing to knowledge sharing.
- Comfortable working with industrial dataops platforms and integrating customer needs into product pipelines.
