About This Role
- Own delivery of high-quality software including design, coding, testing, and documentation either individually or with the team.
- Review and improve team code, refactor existing codebases, and liaise with architects for architectural design changes ensuring quality implementation.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and IT teams to estimate complexity, choose technical solutions, and achieve optimal software requirements and delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 to 12 years experience in end-to-end web application development using Microsoft stack (.NET, C#, MVC, WCF, WebAPI).
- Engineering graduate or postgraduate with minimum 10 years total experience and at least 2 years as hands-on technical lead.
- Strong knowledge of SOLID principles, design patterns, object-oriented programming, UML, n-tier architecture, SOA projects, and Agile methodologies (preferably SCRUM).
- Working location mandatory in Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing and technically leading development teams with ability to provide technical recommendations and solve complex problems.
- Proficient in Microsoft technologies and front-end frameworks (Angular 2+, JavaScript, TypeScript) with good understanding of testing frameworks (TDD, BDD, unit/UI testing).
- Comfortable collaborating with global, culturally diverse teams and business analysts, with strong communication skills to interact with European teams.
