About This Role
- Deliver high-quality end-to-end web applications individually and through leading a team.
- Review and improve code, refactor existing codebase, and ensure adherence to architectural standards with Architects.
- Collaborate actively with Business Analysts and IT teams to estimate workload, select technical solutions, and produce working software aligned with requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years total experience in software development with Microsoft stack; at least 2 years in a hands-on lead role.
- Strong proficiency in .NET technologies including C#, MVC, WCF Rest, WebAPI, Entity Framework; experience with SOA and n-tier architecture.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum, and strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, TDD, and BDD.
- Relevant engineering degree (BE Computer Science, MCA, or equivalent); location Bangalore, India.

- Experienced in leading technical teams delivering Microsoft stack web applications under Agile environments.
- Capable of technical problem solving and providing recommendations, with a focus on design quality and code refactoring.
- Comfortable working in cross-cultural teams, particularly with European teams, demonstrating strong communication for collaboration.
