About This Role
- Lead design, development, testing, and documentation of high-quality software features within a team.
- Review and refactor code to improve quality and implement architectural design changes in coordination with architects.
- Engage with Business Analysts to estimate workloads, select technical solutions, and ensure optimal requirement articulation leading to functional software.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience in end-to-end web application development using Microsoft technologies.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a technical lead guiding a development team.
- Strong expertise in .NET, C#, MVC, WCF REST, WebAPI, Angular 2+, and SQL databases.
- Engineering graduate or postgraduate degree required, based in Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile/SCRUM methodologies with a track record of delivering software in iterative environments.
- Proficient in applying SOLID principles, design patterns, and test-driven development (TDD, BDD).
- Comfortable collaborating globally and cross-culturally, especially with teams in Europe.
