About This Role
- Deliver high-quality software by designing, coding, testing, and documenting features individually and with the team.
- Review and refactor team code to improve quality and adhere to architectural standards.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and IT teams to estimate workload, propose technical solutions, and ensure architectural compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 to 12 years of experience in developing end-to-end web applications using Microsoft stack technologies.
- Engineering graduate/postgraduate degree; at least 2 years experience as a hands-on technical lead.
- Strong skills in .NET, C#, MVC, WCF Rest, WebAPI, EF, plus Angular 2+ and related frontend technologies.
- Experience with SOLID principles, design patterns, SOA projects, Agile methodology (preferably Scrum), and unit testing frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical lead comfortable providing solutions and mentoring in a globally distributed team environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies integrated with frontend frameworks like Angular, and familiarity with n-tier and service-oriented architectures.
- Able to work with architects and business analysts to bridge technical and business requirements, driving quality and timely delivery.
