About This Role
- Lead multiple large initiatives across several scrum teams, managing project plans, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure end-to-end product delivery.
- Recruit, mentor, and grow a diverse team of development, QA, and support engineers to foster technical excellence and innovation.
- Drive the design, security, and scalability of resilient software solutions using modern DevOps and secure coding practices to safeguard against financial threats.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of software development experience with expertise in Java and/or Microsoft .NET technologies.
- 3+ years of direct leadership experience managing and mentoring software engineering teams.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies with experience managing multiple concurrent scrum teams and project estimates.
- Deep mastery of DevOps and QA practices to improve delivery speed, code quality, and system availability.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in scaling engineering teams while managing third-party consultants and external vendors to enhance delivery capabilities.
- Skilled at collaborating across product and stakeholder teams to define product roadmaps and manage dependencies.
