About This Role
- Drive Workday HCM functional decisions and recommend best practices to meet stakeholder requirements.
- Configure, test, and support Workday system including Payroll processes and interfaces.
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to analyze updates, resolve issues, and support deployments using Agile/Waterfall methods.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years hands-on Workday experience with Core HCM, Recruitment, Onboarding, Time & Absence, and Compensation.
- Workday Certification mandatory.
- At least 3 years HCM experience in Senior Analyst, Consultant, or similar role.
- Education: B.Tech./M.Tech./MCA/B.S./B.B.A. in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in Workday configuration and issue resolution within large-scale HR environments.
- Experience applying AI capabilities for process analysis, test development, and integration with Workday platforms.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaborate across teams under short deadlines in dynamic project settings.
