About This Role
- Design and maintain executive recruitment dashboards and generate insights for business reviews using Power BI, Excel, Tableau, etc.
- Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition Operations including reporting governance, KPI tracking, process optimization, and global recruiting programs.
- Leverage AI and generative AI tools to automate reporting, enhance recruiting productivity, and influence stakeholders through data storytelling.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15+ years experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or HR Operations.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Excel; experience with Tableau; knowledge of SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 10-15+ years relevant experience supporting global recruiting organizations and senior leadership.
