About This Role
- Own the end-to-end architecture of enterprise AI, automation, and analytics solutions for Finance Transformation, including target-state architecture, platform selection, and architecture governance.
- Translate financial and operational requirements into scalable, secure, and governable technical solutions, maintaining architecture standards and overseeing solution delivery.
- Lead engineers and vendor teams through implementation, build proofs of concept, conduct design reviews, and manage stakeholder engagement including security and data governance approvals.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in software engineering, data or AI with at least 3 years in solution architecture or technical lead roles.
- Hands-on experience architecting and delivering GenAI or LLM-based enterprise AI solutions, including retrieval-augmented generation and agentic orchestration.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Databricks, enterprise integration technologies (SAP, Salesforce, Power BI), and security frameworks (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth).
- Onsite work requirement primarily from an HPE office in India.

- Strong systems thinker able to manage enterprise-level architecture and detailed technical implementation concurrently.
- Demonstrates hands-on technical credibility by prototyping, coding, and debugging alongside leading engineering teams.
- Experience delivering AI and automation solutions within enterprise Finance domains, including governance, financial controls, and audit compliance.
