About This Role
- Lead application systems analysis and programming activities, establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with Technology team.
- Partner with management teams to integrate functions, identify and define system enhancements for new products and process improvements.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), advise mid-level developers, ensure adherence to architecture blueprint, and resolve high-impact complex technical problems.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven leadership and project management experience in applications development.
- Expertise in system analysis and programming of software applications, managing and implementing successful projects.

- Strong experience in application development with capability to lead and coach development teams.
- Ability to quickly adjust priorities, manage complex projects, and integrate cross-functional systems.
