About This Role
- Perform end-to-end Quality Assurance on AML investigations across Retail Banking and Crypto domains, ensuring regulatory and procedural adherence.
- Evaluate analyst decisions, conduct deep-dive QC audits, identify gaps, and provide structured feedback and coaching to improve quality and performance.
- Maintain quality dashboards and reports, drive calibration discussions, support process improvements, and ensure adherence to productivity, TAT, and quality SLAs.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate in any stream from a recognized university.
- Minimum 6 years of AML experience in Crypto/TMS/EDD/processes with exposure to training and coaching analysts.
- Experience handling team-level responsibilities, acting as SME, and engaging with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends or as per project requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in AML quality assurance with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding quality and productivity benchmarks in Crypto AML/EDD domains.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and improve analyst performance through structured feedback and training sessions.
- Capable of operating beyond individual contributor role with ownership mindset and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
