About This Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT roles focusing on sourcing candidates with OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B, Green Card, and US Citizen work authorizations.
- Use CEIPAL ATS and platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, Dice, and Monster to build and maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment activities.
- Coordinate candidate screenings, interviews, and follow-up communications to fulfill staffing requirements in collaboration with Account Managers and Sales Teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in US IT Staffing or OPT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with CEIPAL ATS and other sourcing platforms.
- Knowledge of US work authorization categories: OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B, Green Card, and US Citizenship.
- Must be available to work onsite in Hyderabad on US Night shift.
